Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter
- 1/2 cup Amish Country Roll Butter
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 pounds top sirloin steaks
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat grill
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat with garlic powder and minced garlic. Once done keep on low heat to keep butter liquid.
- Grill steaks 5 to 7 minutes per side, or to desired temperature. Brush top of steak with garlic butter. Allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
