Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter


  • 1/2 cup Amish Country Roll Butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 pounds top sirloin steaks
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat grill
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat with garlic powder and minced garlic. Once done keep on low heat to keep butter liquid.
  3. Grill steaks 5 to 7 minutes per side, or to desired temperature. Brush top of steak with garlic butter. Allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
